Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of purchase whenever possible. Once shipped, deliveries are expected to arrive within 2–10 working days, depending on the destination.

To confirm your order and proceed with shipping, a shipping fee is required in advance via InstaPay. The remaining order amount is payable upon delivery.

We work exclusively with trusted shipping partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and efficiently. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey every step of the way.

Please ensure that your complete delivery address and contact details are provided at the time of ordering to avoid any delays in delivery.

Package Inspection
Upon delivery, customers may open and inspect their order before accepting it. 

Order Refusal
Customers may open and inspect their order before acceptance. If a customer chooses not to accept the order, the shipping fee non-refundable, as the shipment and delivery service have already been initiated.
