Should your order arrive with any defect or not fully meet your expectations, returns or exchanges may be requested exclusively at the time of delivery while the courier is present.

We kindly encourage you to inspect your order carefully upon arrival and notify the courier immediately should you wish to proceed with a return or exchange.

Please note that in the event an order is not received or refused upon delivery, the shipping fees remain payable to the courier company.

To maintain the integrity of our return policy, requests for orders within Cairo and Giza cannot be accommodated once the courier has departed.

For orders outside Cairo and Giza, returns and exchanges may be arranged by contacting us directly via email or through our Instagram page, where our team will be pleased to assist you throughout the process.
