At Mariam Madkour Designs, we are devoted to creating timeless pieces with exceptional attention to detail while providing a refined and effortless shopping experience.

As each of our products is carefully handcrafted, refunds are only offered in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Should you wish to request a refund, kindly contact our Customer Care team via email (mariammadkourdesigns@gmail.com) or our Instagram page (mariammadkourdesigns) within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your proof of purchase. Following the review of your request, we will arrange for the item to be collected from your preferred address. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection, your refund will be processed.

Cash refunds are not available. Refunds will be processed via Instapay, bank transfer or digital wallet.
